Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

1. Scope and operator

DaleVelocity is a private command-line and internal reporting tool for SaaS opportunity research, website performance, and keyword demand. It is run by No Strings Labs, reachable at nostringslabs@nostringslabs.com. This policy covers the tool's Google API data, associated credentials, and reports—not the terms or privacy practices of any website being researched.

Access is limited to the existing authorized operator. There is no public signup or Google connection interface on this site. The operator has an existing authorized read-only Search Console workflow; DaleVelocity's separate Google application setup is being prepared.

2. Google data accessed

3. Use of data and Limited Use

We use Google data only to operate DaleVelocity for internal site-performance reporting, SaaS opportunity and keyword-demand research, and maintaining its authorized connection. We do not sell Google data, use it for unrelated advertising, publicly disclose it, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

DaleVelocity's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage, protection, and processing

Reports and OAuth tokens are kept in operator-controlled storage with access restricted to the operator and authorized infrastructure or automation needed to operate the tool. Google API connections use TLS/HTTPS to protect data in transit.

Authorized infrastructure and automation may process Google data only as needed to operate this tool for the purposes above, not for their own unrelated uses or generalized AI-model training. We do not share Google data with the public or unrelated third parties. Disclosure required by law is limited to what is legally required.

5. Retention, revocation, and deletion

We retain Google data, reports, and tokens only while needed for the stated work, unless retention is legally required. You can revoke the tool's access through your Google Account permissions. Revocation stops new access to Google data but does not itself delete reports already stored by the tool.

To request deletion, contact nostringslabs@nostringslabs.com. Deletion removes associated stored reports, Google data, and OAuth tokens unless retention is legally required.

6. Contact and policy updates

For privacy questions, support, or deletion requests, contact No Strings Labs at nostringslabs@nostringslabs.com. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date.
